These Terms govern your access to and use of the RinconIQ platform provided by Rincon Strategies. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and within your subscription tier. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, scrape or resell the service, or use it to violate the rights of others. Coverage limits and seats are defined by your plan.

The intelligence we provide

RinconIQ aggregates and summarizes information from public sources and uses automated enrichment. Summaries flagged as unverified are machine-generated and may contain errors; you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on for a decision. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Fees, seats, and feature limits are those shown for your selected tier. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of liability & changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rincon Strategies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
