Security

Public-affairs teams trust RinconIQ with their monitoring priorities. We take that seriously and design the platform with security in mind from the ground up.
Data protection
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and data is encrypted at rest by our managed database provider. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes — never in plaintext.
Access & authentication
Accounts are protected by authenticated sessions, and data is scoped per organization so subscribers only see their own watchlists, signals, and digests. Internal access to production systems is limited to the personnel who need it.
Infrastructure
RinconIQ runs on reputable managed cloud infrastructure with automated backups. The intelligence we surface is drawn from public records and official sources; we do not ingest confidential client data to operate the feeds.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, please email security@rinconstrategies.com and allow us a reasonable window to investigate before public disclosure. We appreciate the security community’s help.
