Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED · June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Rincon Strategies (“RinconIQ,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the RinconIQ platform and website.
Information we collect
Account information you provide when you register — name, email address, organization, and a hashed password. Configuration data such as the watchlists, keywords, and jurisdictions you choose to monitor. Usage data such as log-ins, feature usage, and diagnostic logs used to operate and improve the service.
The intelligence RinconIQ surfaces is drawn from public sources — government agendas and filings, the legislature, regulatory notices, news, and campaign finance disclosures. We do not collect personal information about you from these public records.
How we use information
To provide and operate the service, deliver digests and alerts you request, secure and maintain the platform, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect it, and where required by law.
Data retention & your choices
We retain account and configuration data for as long as your account is active. You may access, correct, or delete your account information, or request export, by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
